What happens if your order doesnt arrive?
To our regret some orders dont arrive at the customers adress.
This can happen due to several causes.
In the past when a customer told us that his order did not arrive,
we always gave them the benefit of doubt, and we resended the order.
But several customers abused our faith, so we do not automatically do that anymore
